In Connie's workshops you will learn simple, effective ways to work with your critical voice so that you can transform your fears into love and "flaws" into beauty. It is a day you will never forget!

Through individual and group activities, discussion, creative arts, and guided meditations, you will reconnect to your essence and to the reason you’re here on this planet. In the upcoming Be Body Positive Public Workshop on November 4th, you will gain tools to overcome the obstacles that block you from:
