Options for educators, students, treatment providers, and individuals to learn our Be Body Positive Model for your own benefit, or to facilitate online groups for others.

Educators & Student Leaders

Get trained to use our life-changing curriculum to start a Body Positive program in your school or community agency. Learn how to promote healthy eating, sustainable self-care behaviors, and positive body image as the norm. We will prepare you to offer your Body Positive groups in an online format while you are sheltering in place.

Individuals

The 5 Competencies of our Be Body Positive Model that you will embody by taking the Fundamentals course will help you build stability and a solid, loving heart to face all of the changes happening in the world today. These powerful resources will give you renewed energy to focus on taking care of your body, helping others, and maintaining equilibrium.

In person trainings

Our Model

The Be Body Positive Model is comprised of The 5 Competencies, fundamental skills we can practice on a daily basis to live peacefully and healthfully in our bodies. In practicing these skills, we are able to care for our whole selves from a place of self-love and appreciation, which allows us to act on our purpose and life goals.

During times of high levels of stress and anxiety, people are at a much greater risk for disruptions in embodiment. Our Model offers the resources people need to stay positively connected to their bodies and practice loving self-care.

We further the Body Positive Movement by teaching The 5 Competencies to educators, student leaders, community activists, and individuals through our online facilitator training and wellness courses, and our book Embody.
