We're excited about the new workshops we're creating, where you can explore the topics of queer bodies, aging, and celebrating your large body. As with all of The Body positive workshops, you'll have the opportunity to spend a day in a small group setting where you will share space with others that is free from judgment and shame, where you will be honored for exactly who you are in this moment. Don't miss out on the opportunity to learn how the Be Body Positive Model can transform your relationship with your body (and whole self) into one that is guided by love, forgiveness, and humor. 

Through individual and group activities, discussion, creative arts, and guided meditations, you will reconnect to your essence and to the reason you’re here on this planet. In the Be Body Positive Public Workshops, you will gain tools to overcome the obstacles that block you from:

  • Being as kind to yourself as you are to others
  • Learning and growing through making “mistakes”
  • Developing sustainable eating and exercise habits
  • Trusting your intuitive wisdom to help you make choices—big and small
  • Having a relationship with your body and beauty that is connected to your life force
  • Living with more freedom, confidence, and joy—and finding humor in being human!
